Details:
KTribe S by Flos is a series of suspension lights and an extension to the KTribe collection. The KTribe S series provide incandescent or Fluorescent
diffused light. The KTribe diffuser uses a transparent polycarbonate material, when lit the diffuser becomes transparent allowing diffused light to shine through.
The external diffuser is completely finished with a high-vacuum aluminized platting process. The KTribe S is available in transparent, aluminized bronze and silver. The series is designed by Philippe Starck, 2005

Flos was founded in 1962 the same it started producing such classics as the Arco, Toio and Taccia designed by Achille and Pierogiacomo Castiglioni. The Flos collection includes classics like Arco, Archimoon, Brera, Fucsia, Glo Ball, Kelvin, Lastra, Luxmaster, Mod, Miss K, Pochette, Romeo Babe, Romeo Moon, Taccia and Splugen Brau. |
